Cancel My Order
Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Once an order is placed, you have a 3-hour window during which you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.

If you are within the 3-hour cancellation window and want to cancel your order, follow these steps:
  • Check your email inbox for an order confirmation email from noreply@aikidosteel.com.
  • In this email, you will find a link to your order status page.
  • On this order status page, you will find a button to cancel your order. This button will only appear 10 minutes after your order is placed.

If 3 hours have passed from the time your order was placed, your order details have already been sent automatically to our fulfillment center for processing and shipping. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel your order.

My order was delivered but it's missing some items
Orders with more than one item may ship in multiple packages which are each assigned their own tracking number. To check if your order was shipped out in multiple packages, follow these steps:
  • Check your email inbox for an order confirmation email from noreply@aikidosteel.com.
  • In this email, you will find a link to your order status page.
  • On this order status page, you will see more than one tracking link if your order was shipped out in multiple packages.
  • Confirm the shipping status of each package by clicking each of the tracking links.

Find a Missing Package that Shows as Delivered
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please:
  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for your package
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery (roommates, family members, front desk, etc.)

We offer Free Express Shipping throughout the USA on all our products. In most cases, you can expect delivery within 2-5 business days. In very rare circumstances, your order could take up to 7 business days to be delivered.

If your payment was declined, please ensure you correctly entered the card number, expiry date, security code, and billing address associated with your credit/debit card. Also, ensure your credit/debit card is not expired and your credit card has enough available credit. We currently support all Visa, MasterCard, and American Express enabled credit/debit cards.
