Cancel My Order
Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Once an order is placed, you have a 3-hour window during which you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
If you are within the 3-hour cancellation window and want to cancel your order, follow these steps:
If 3 hours have passed from the time your order was placed, your order details have already been sent automatically to our fulfillment center for processing and shipping. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel your order.

If you are within the 3-hour cancellation window and want to cancel your order, follow these steps:
- Check your email inbox for an order confirmation email from noreply@aikidosteel.com.
- In this email, you will find a link to your order status page.
- On this order status page, you will find a button to cancel your order. This button will only appear 10 minutes after your order is placed.
If 3 hours have passed from the time your order was placed, your order details have already been sent automatically to our fulfillment center for processing and shipping. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel your order.

Change My Order
Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the order details, such as the quantity, product type, or shipping address. However, it may be possible to cancel your order if you are within the 3-hour cancellation window. Please read the above section "Cancel My Order" to check if this is possible for your order.

My order was delivered but it's missing some items
Orders with more than one item may ship in multiple packages which are each assigned their own tracking number. To check if your order was shipped out in multiple packages, follow these steps:

- On this order status page, you will see more than one tracking link if your order was shipped out in multiple packages.
- Confirm the shipping status of each package by clicking each of the tracking links.
