Cancel My Order
Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Once an order is placed, you have a 3-hour window during which you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Orders placed between April 1 and June 5:

Due to disruptions in US and international postal services, customers who placed an order between April 1 and June 5 may experience unusual and lengthy delays in the delivery of their order. In stock items will be dispatched from our US warehouses and be delivered within 3 business days.  Items that are backordered will ship by the date indicated on the item’s product page.

Find a Missing Package that Shows as Delivered
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please:
  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for your package
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery (roommates, family members, front desk, etc.)

We offer Free Express Shipping throughout the USA on all our products. In most cases, you can expect delivery within 1-2 business days. In very rare circumstances, your order could take up to 7 business days to be delivered.

If your items arrived damaged or incorrect, we will do everything possible to make the situation right.

Please ensure:
  • The email request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • The items must have been originally purchased on AikidoSteel.com
  • The items haven't been used in any way
