Refund policy


THE AIKIDO SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We’re proud of our products and want you to love them as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Aikido purchase, you can return it for free for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Send us an email at contact@aikidosteel.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to set you up with a return.

Shipping fees are not refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Holiday Extended Returns: At Aikido we want to make sure you have as much flexibility as your need to shop with us this holiday season. So, we've extended our returns policy for the holidays: orders placed between November 14, 2025 and December 22, 2025 can be returned up until January 9, 2026.

Open Box Items: All items listed as "Open Box" are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.  If your open box purchase arrives damaged, send us an email at contact@aikidosteel.com with your order number and we'll be happy to set you up with an exchange for the same or for an equivalent open box item.

While the above policies do apply, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at contact@aikidosteel.com and we will do everything we can to satisfy your request.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Once an order is placed, you have a 3-hour window during which you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. See the section "Cancel My Order" on our Customer Service page for more details on our order cancellation process.

If you are within the 3-hour cancellation window and want to cancel your order, follow these steps:

  • Check your email inbox for an order confirmation email from noreply@aikidosteel.com
  • In this email, you will find a link to your order status page
  • On this order status page, you will find a button to cancel your order. This button will only appear 10 minutes after your order is placed.

If 3 hours have passed from the time your order was placed, your order details have already been sent automatically to our fulfillment center for processing and shipping. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel your order.
