Our Hokkan 7-inch Santoku knife will quickly make you the master of your cutting board and is a favorite amongst Asian home cooks. It is very well-suited to slicing wet, starchy foods as the carefully designed blade creates air pockets as you cut, so food doesn’t stick to the blade surfaceThis makes it excellent for vegetables, fish, and boneless meats.
