Hand Wash Only

Always hand wash your knife in warm, soapy water using a non-abrasive sponge. Keep the blade facing away from you as you wash it. Never put your knife in the dishwasher or leave it soaking in water,

Store Safely

We recommend storing your knives in a knife holder, knife block, magnetic wooden strip, or knife roll. Never store your knives together in a drawer without a cover.

Dry Immediately

Rust and blotches can form with prolonged exposure to water so we recommend that you wipe your knife dry immediately after washing it using a paper towel or soft absorbent cloth towel.

Sharpen as Needed

Over time and through regular use, your knife's blade may become dull or develop small nicks and will require sharpening. We recommend sharpening your knife as needed depending on your use.

Cut on Proper Surfaces

Cut on proper surfaces designed to keep your blade intact to avoid damaging the blade on your knife.
